6. Review Procedure

Upon receiving a valid complaint, EKSTAC33 may:

Temporarily disable access to the material.
Remove the allegedly infringing content.
Suspend downloads or services.
Preserve evidence relevant to the complaint.
Suspend or terminate user accounts where appropriate.

Submission of a complaint does not automatically result in removal of content.

7. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed and you believe the complaint was submitted in error or that you have lawful rights to use the material, you may submit a written counter-notification including:
