These activities may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.


4. User-Submitted Content

Certain EKSTAC33 services may allow users to upload files, music, images, comments, reviews, project files, support requests, or other materials.

Users represent and warrant that:

7. Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a valid notice, EKSTAC33 may:

  • Remove allegedly infringing content.

Submission of a notice does not automatically guarantee removal of content.


8. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a Counter-Notification.

Your Counter-Notification should include:

  • Full legal name.
  • Address.
  • Email address.
  • Identification of the removed material.
  • URL where it previously appeared.
  • Explanation of why the removal was incorrect.
  • Supporting documentation proving your rights.
  • Statement that the information provided is true and accurate.
  • Electronic or physical signature.

9. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may face one or more of the following actions:

  • Permanent account termination.
  • Suspension of downloads.

  • Blocking of future purchases.
  • IP address restrictions.

10. False Claims

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hooghly, West Bengal, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
